Rules for sellers

  • Sellers must own or be authorized to sell the vehicles they are selling.
  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle information provided, including vehicle condition, mileage, accident history and other relevant information.
  • Sellers must present all hidden and unhidden vehicle defects.
  • Sellers must provide detailed photographs of the vehicle.
  • Sellers must determine the starting price of the vehicle and the duration of the auction.
  • Sellers are responsible for all legal and administrative procedures for transferring ownership of the vehicle.

Registration and membership

  • All users must be registered on the avtosale.si platform with real personal data.
  • Registration requires a valid contact email address.
  • Sellers must have an active membership on avtosale.si.
  • Buyers must have purchased coins to actively participate in auctions.
  • Each new user receives 5 free coins for participating in auctions.
  • Users must agree to the terms and conditions sales on our platform.
  • Sellers and buyers must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) at the time of registration.

The role of AvtoSale.si

  • The avtosale.si platform is a professional service specialized in connecting sellers and buyers of vehicles, with the aim of creating mutually beneficial business opportunities based on the principle of increasing prices, where the highest bidder wins.
  • Our task is to provide sellers with access to reliable buyers, while offering buyers the opportunity to make affordable and safe vehicle purchases through a transparent auction system. The highest bidder gets the right to purchase the vehicle at the offered price.
  • All financial transactions are carried out directly between the seller and the buyer, whereby the avtosale.si platform does not mediate payments, but provides support in conducting the auction and establishing contact between the parties.

Rules for buyers

  • Buyers must be of legal age and able to enter into contracts.
  • Buyers must have secured funds to pay for the vehicle prior to the start of the auction.
  • Buyers must purchase bid up coins to ensure bids are serious (1 coin = 1 bid up).
  • Each new user receives 5 free coins for participating in auctions.
  • The buyer who makes the highest offer is obliged to buy the vehicle at that price.
  • Buyers must pay for the vehicle within the agreed time after the auction ends.
  • In case of non-payment of the purchase price, customers are deleted and blocked from using the platform in the future.

Auction and post-auction process

  • Auctions take place online on the AvtoSale.si platform.
  • The auction starts with a starting price set by the seller.
  • Offers are made in predetermined steps determined by the platform.
  • Any offer is binding and cannot be revoked.
  • The auction is closed after a certain time has elapsed or after the highest bid has been reached.
  • After the end of the auction, the platform automatically informs the seller and the highest bidder (buyer) about the result.
  • After the end of the auction, AvtoSale.si connects the seller and the buyer, who agree on the meeting, inspection of the vehicle and the final agreement on the method of sale (financing, viewing, transfer...).

Liability and Disputes

  • The avtosale.si platform is not responsible for false information provided by users.
  • In the event of a dispute between the buyer and the seller, the AvtoSale.si platform can act as a mediator, but does not provide legal services.
  • Users agree to comply with all applicable legal provisions and platform rules.
